At Sword+Fern, protecting your privacy is not only important to us, but giving away your personal information is most definitely against our code of radness. If we had the extra time to spend, we'd do much better things than steal your email and distribute it to the world. But we don't have that kind of time or energy. Therefore, we'll promise to never share your information, email, or identity with any outside parties. For real! 

COMMUNICATION+MARKETING:

If you have made a purchase from our store, (thank you!) we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail if you opt-in to receive email marketing communications from us. You can opt-out at any time.

If you ever have any questions about our privacy policy, please don't hesitate to ask us.

PURCHASES:

Everything on our site is handmade and made to order. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your goods.Please let us know if you need them at a speedier rate and we will do our best to accommodate yo-please email us and let us know. If you happen to be unhappy with your purchase, we welcome exchanges of the goods you purchased with an accompanying receipt within 7 (seven) days of purchase for refund or Sword+Fern store credit. Please understand that the goods must be in the exact same condition as when you purchased them to be eligible for refund or exchange.We're happy to accept returned items for exchange/refund if they meet the standards detailed in our return policies. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Sword+Fern is not responsible for shipping damages that occur on return shipping. Purchasing insurance on return packages is recommended. If you do not pick up your package and it does not get returned to us, you will not be refunded the cost of the item until we receive the insurance payment. If you'd like to exchange an item, you must purchase the item you wish to exchange your purchase for. When we receive your return we will refund you for the cost of the returned item less shipping costs.
Returns may be made within 7 business days (M-F) of receipt of purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit unless they are final sale items. 
Final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Sword+Fern reserves the right to deny exchanges or refunds if items do not meet the return policy requirements.
